At InAyah Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please read the guidelines below for all return requests.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • All accessories, manuals, and any other included items must be returned with the product.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team at inaya4hh@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve received your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

  3. Ship the Product: You’ll need to send the product back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Sculptify is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is processed and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your item for a different one, please notify our support team during the return process. We will guide you through the exchange and shipping steps.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item).

  • Free Returns: If you received a damaged or defective item, InAyah Jewellery will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at inaya4hh@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will ensure the item is replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
